Environmental Scientist:
Must have bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Biochemistry and/or foreign equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience. Duties include collecting earth samples from field or receive them from clients. Synthesize, analyze, manage and report environmental data. Identify and eliminate sources of pollutants that may affect the earth sample. Prepare samples for testing (soil, rock, oil and water). Perform physical properties measurements on samples. Conduct tests at pressure/temperature conditions or monitor test with advanced instrumentation. Perform advanced electrical properties measurements. Perform advanced testing of un-steady state, steady state relative permeability. Conduct advanced flow studies of stability of contaminants in simulated formation.
